All Translators Worldwide services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped. Completed translations are sent to your registered email address in the agreed format.
We deliver in the same format as the source file unless you specify otherwise. Word documents are returned as Word documents. PDF source files are returned as PDF or Word depending on complexity. XLIFF, JSON, and PO files are returned in the same format. InDesign files are returned as InDesign with PDF proof.

Timelines start from the moment payment is confirmed AND all required source files have been received. If source files arrive after payment, the clock starts on file receipt.
Certified translations include a printed and scanned certificate of accuracy attached to the translation. Physical certified copies can be mailed on request (USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 business days within the US, fees apply). Digital certified translations are sent by email within the standard timeline.
Projects above 25,000 words or requiring multiple language pairs will receive a custom delivery schedule agreed before work begins. Enterprise clients receive a project schedule within 4 business hours of order confirmation.
