These Terms of Service govern your use of translators-worldwide.com and any translation services you order from Translators Worldwide LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
Translators Worldwide LLC provides professional translation, localization, certified translation, medical translation, technical translation, and interpretation services. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not guarantee specific word-per-day rates or linguistic outcomes beyond accuracy to the source text.
All orders are placed through our website. Prices shown are in US Dollars and include all applicable translation, proofreading, and formatting work specified in the package. Add-ons are optional and priced separately. Final prices are confirmed on the checkout page before payment. We reserve the right to decline any order we consider outside our scope.
Delivery timelines begin from the point of payment confirmation and receipt of all required source files. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. Priority and Rush timelines are specified in the selected package. Timelines may extend for projects requiring subject-matter review or large volumes. We will notify you if a delay occurs before it affects your deadline.
We provide accurate translation to the best of our professional ability. One revision round is included in the Starter package. Unlimited revisions are included in Growth, Professional, and Enterprise packages. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Revisions address translation accuracy and adherence to brief, not stylistic preference changes after delivery.
You are responsible for providing source files that are complete, legible, and in a format we can work with. You must review and approve the delivered translation within 14 days. After this period, the project is considered accepted. You must ensure you have the rights to the source material you submit for translation.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of translated materials. We are not liable for regulatory rejection if the submission process required information beyond the translation itself.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
