Yes. Our certified translations are produced by ATA-certified translators and meet all USCIS requirements. The certificate of accuracy states that the translator is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate and complete. We have a zero rejection rate for USCIS submissions.

Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days depending on length and complexity. Growth and Professional packs include 3-day priority. Rush delivery (24-48 hours) is available as an add-on. For large volumes or tight deadlines, contact us and we will confirm a realistic timeline before you commit.

Yes. For every project we build or update a translation memory (TM) file. This ensures terminology consistency across all your documents over time and reduces cost on future projects with repeated content. The TM is yours and can be exported at any time.

Yes. We regularly handle 10-50 language pairs in a single project, particularly for software localization and pharmaceutical regulatory submissions. Each language pair is handled by a qualified translator in that pair, with a central project coordinator managing the full scope.

We accept Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign, XLIFF, PO, JSON, CSV, and HTML. For source files in complex layouts (InDesign, PDF with custom fonts), we handle DTP formatting as part of the delivery rather than charging for it separately. If your format is not listed, contact us.

Yes. We do not assign general translators to medical, legal, or technical documents. Each translator in our network has documented subject-matter expertise. Medical translators have life sciences backgrounds. Legal translators have legal training or verifiable legal translation experience. Technical translators have engineering or technical credentials.
